The issue areas of "Personnel Management", "Equal Opportunities & Diversity", "Health" and "Knowledge & Competences" have been identified as central for a personnel policy which helps ensure the future competitiveness of a company. These strategic issue areas are represented by four independent Issue Ambassadors who contribute their expertise to the work of the Initiative and who represent the Initiative in public. With their long-standing experience in their respective issue areas, the Issue Ambassadors provide new insights and input into the Steering Committee, and contribute valuable ideas for business practice.
